    Managing Your Subscription and Billing

    Wait. You DON’T love managing subscriptions!? Same. So we tried to make this part as simple as possible. Everything related to your subscription lives in one place and takes about 30 seconds to find.

    How to subscribe:

    1. Log in to your AOM account
    2. Go to your account settings
    3. Click "Manage Billing"
      From there you can see your subscription status and renewal date, update your payment method, download invoices (handy if your department needs receipts), and cancel if you need to.

    What happens if my payment fails?

    We'll email you. You'll have time to update your card before anything changes. Nothing is lost in the meantime — your class history, evaluation results, and account are all there waiting.

    What happens if I cancel?

    Your access continues through the end of your paid period. After that you can still log in and see all your past class data and evaluation results — you just won't be able to book new classes. And if you come back later, everything is right where you left it.

    What if my school gets an institutional plan?

    Well we think that's just awesome! If your school moves to an institutional subscription you'll be folded right in. Your class history and data carry over. And as an extra thank you for believing in this project we will add up all the remaining subscription time across every individual subscriber at your school and convert it to a dollar-value credit on the school's first institutional invoice.
